The aluminum die casting process is a process in which aluminum alloy is melted and injected into a mold for molding. 1. Mold planning and design

First, the mold needs to be carefully planned and designed according to the specific specifications, appearance and functional requirements of the product. 2. Raw material preparation and pretreatment

Select high-quality aluminum alloy as raw material, and strictly test its chemical composition ratio and physical properties to ensure that it meets the established standards. Subsequently, the solid aluminum material is converted into liquid through a smelting process to prepare for the subsequent molding process.

3. Liquid aluminum die casting molding

When the mold is ready and the liquid aluminum alloy reaches the ideal state, a precision die casting machine is used to inject the high-temperature molten metal into the mold cavity. This process requires fine control of parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure that the aluminum alloy completely and evenly fills the mold and accurately replicates the shape of the mold cavity.

4. Heat treatment and strengthening

The formed aluminum parts need to undergo a heat treatment process to optimize their internal structure and thereby improve key performance indicators such as hardness, strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. There are various heat treatment methods, including but not limited to aging strengthening, annealing softening and quenching hardening.

5. Precision machining

The aluminum parts after heat treatment enter the machining stage. Through the fine operation of various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines, the aluminum parts are trimmed, deburred and precisely adjusted in size to ensure that the product meets the final design requirements.

6. Surface beautification and protective treatment

Finally, in order to enhance the appearance and durability of aluminum parts, surface treatment is required. This process can use electroplating technology to add gloss, spraying technology to give color, or anodizing to enhance corrosion resistance, thereby comprehensively improving the market competitiveness of the product.
